Severe Thunderstorm Warning expires for Orange, Osceola counties

SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KCAU) — (1:46 a.m.) The tornado warnings for the Nebraska counties of Knox and Cedar and Yankton County, S.D. have expired.

The National Weather Service issued a Severe Thunderstorm Warning for Orange and Osceola Counties on Sunday evening.

The warning was issued at 6:40 p.m. and expired at 8:15 p.m. for Osceola County.

The warning in Orange County expired at 7:30 p.m.

Hail with a thickness of 0.6" was spotted coming down onto the theme parks area.

The warning lasts until 1:30 a.m., according to the NWS. The warning is based on radar-indicated rotation.

(12:50 a.m.) A Severe Thunderstorm Warning has been issued for southeastern Bon Homme and Yankton Counting in southeastern South Dakota.
