2022 NASCAR at Charlotte race picks, Coca-Cola 600 odds, starting lineup, top predictions by legendary expert

Martin Truex Jr. has gone 21 consecutive starts without a victory, but the drought may come to an end this weekend.

In 30 races at Charlotte Motor Speedway, the former NASCAR Cup Series champion has three wins and seven top-five finishes. He finished 10th or better in six straight races and nine of 10 until finishing 29th last year.

Truex drives in the 2022 Coca-Cola 600 on Sunday at 6 p.m. ET. The 41-year-old has won twice, most recently in 2019.

Truex is listed at 9-1, while reigning Cup Series champ Kyle Larson is the 9-2 favorite in the latest 2022 Coca-Cola 600 odds from Caesars Sportsbook.

Now, Roberts has analyzed the field and odds for Sunday's NASCAR at Charlotte 2022 race (see tickets at StubHub). He's only sharing his winner and projected leaderboard at SportsLine.

Ryan Blaney is a top 2022 Coca-Cola 600 contender, but Roberts doesn't like him. Blaney, who won $1 million in last week's All-Star Race at Texas and was third in two Charlotte starts in 2020, barely scrapes the top 20, says Roberts.

"His best finish in four starts (at Charlotte) was 21st in 2020. He was 37th last season," Roberts told SportsLine. "But this is a new year, a new team and a new attitude."
